     Bill Souvall and I have worked together over the years in many contracting capacities namely a General Contractor and Construction Management relationship. He is a person of accountability and with whom I would trust with any project given him to remodel or build.

     He is very reliable, and completes jobs on time and on budget as per our agreement. He is quick with his responses whenever needed, solves problems as they occur, works well with his subcontractors and employees that work with and for him, and is very dependable and accurate with regard to the viability of projects awarded him. He also works well with municipalities in getting projects approved and permitted.

     The KMIC Group has enlisted the services of Souvall Bros. Construction many times over the years, consistently an excellent value, with great communication between there Management and Sub-Contractors, quality work, and very fair pricing. In our experience they are consistently the best value for the quality of the end result work.

     In our experience, the Souvall Bros. team cares about its client's needs and wants, working hand in hand to help deliver the end result the client is looking for. They are very experienced company having over 40 years in the business, which is well demonstrated in how efficiently they deal with the unexpected hurtle and hassles associated with any constructions project, from the unexpected things you might come across underground to helping their clients deal with Government Municipalities, they know their business.

     Our most recent project is an update and remodel to our Prompt Car Wash Site located in Murray Utah, which was originally built by the Souvall Bros. team back in 1992-93. As usual there is excellent communication between Management and Sub Contractors, as well as to our on-site Managers so that they can best operate and stay open during the project. The Souvall Bros team current General / Operations Manager, Jon, is constantly on site both monitoring and providing hands on aid and consistently looking out for our best interest, in every way: overall progress, our end result satisfaction, and keeping our doors open in the best ways possible during construction, and last but not least, finding clever experienced ways of saving us money, while still providing our desired result.

To whom it may concern,

I have known Bill Souvall for over 20 years and am happy to personally attest to his integrity, honesty, fairness, and timeliness as a builder as well as a person. His company, Souvall Brothers Construction, came to my rescue in a rapid manner when I had to suddenly relocated my medical office a few years ago. In about 4 weeks, his company was hired, researched our needs, then designed, built out and finished a 10,000 square foot office space, including exam and waiting rooms, various business and physician offices, and a lead-lined X-ray suite. This allowed my group and me to make seamless transition from the old office to the new without interrupting our medical practices except for the weekend move.

SBC also has built additions onto my home as well as those several of my friends, and to a person we have been quite pleased with the process and outcome.

Most recently, SBC finished a space in our new Church facility, with the attention to cost containment but not at the expense of quality and time-constraints. In fact, they were able to complete the project ahead of schedule and according to specs in time to begin worship services within 3 weeks of the project starting. My fellow parishioners and I were thrilled when we were able to enter our House of Worship for our all-important Easter (Pascha) Holy Week services, thanks to Bill and his crew.

Dear Bill,

This is a thank you letter and testimonial to Bill Souvall for helping me build my new Honda dealership. The dealership is located in Scottsbluff, Nebraska and I live in Salt Lake City, Utah.

I hired Bill at the beginning of my construction project (May 2013) to help point me in the right direction and make sure I didn't make any critical mistakes. Bill met with my Architect and Honda's design staff to fully understand what was required and how I could build a new building cost effectively. Bill also helped me pick out a General Contractor in our area that could handle this type of project and helped negotiate the contract terms and details. Bill also met with the local civil engineers and steel company where I purchased the building. Bill was an invaluable resource. He was there to guide me throughout the whole project.
